dwellings as:
-intensity of distributed load 1.5 (kPa)
-concentrated load 1.4 (kN)
All Monarfloor Acoustic Flooring Systems can support those loadings without
undue deflection. When considering applications with heavier loadings (e.g.
commercial projects) or where systems may need to accommodate partitions or
service ducts additional advice should be sought from the Monarflex technical
department.
Solution....
| The
transmission of impact and airborne sounds through floors can be
reduced by introducing a sound absorbing layer into the floor
construction, typically a mineral wool or foam layer. |
